- Please manage your expectations. We can arrange and ask for assistance from the hotels/local suppliers in advance if providing the meal restrictions prior 1 week prior to their arrival. (If applicable)
- We adhere to the strict guideline that departing guests must leave the hotel at least 4 hours before the scheduled flight as we take due considerations of unavoidable circumstances during the land and sea transfers.
